How is the rubber sheet delivered?
The rubber is rolled for delivery and arrives on a pallet for lengths over 5m. Allow 24-48 hours for the rubber to flatten after unrolling. For shorter lengths, it ships via courier.
Can I order custom lengths?
Yes! Simply enter the length you need in metres. We cut to order from fresh stock. Minimum order is 1 metre, maximum continuous length is 10 metres. For longer runs, multiple pieces can be butted together.
What's the difference between 2m wide and 1.4m wide rolls?
The 2m wide roll covers 43% more area per linear metre (2m² vs 1.4m²). Choose 2m wide for large open spaces like warehouses and gyms. The 1.4m width is better for standard garages and smaller workshops where the extra width would create waste.
Do I need to glue the rubber down?
Not always. The weight of the rubber often keeps it in place. For permanent installation or high-traffic areas, use rubber flooring adhesive. For temporary or repositionable installation, the rubber can be laid loose or secured with double-sided tape at edges.
